producer
Over 25 years I've been privileged to work with brilliant creative people across many genres, including visual art, dance, music, theatre, and outdoor arts. It's made me passionate about the power of creativity as a vehicle for social change, improving peoples lives and wellbeing. I work with people who share my values and want to make exceptional work.
My expertise is in:
-
Creative education programmes, particularly for children & young people
-
Co-developed creative programmes to improve wellbeing
-
Cross-sector working, particularly with education, heritage & health partners
-
Evaluation and research evidencing impact of creative programming
-
Community engagement, particularly with marginalised or underserved communities
I want every project to be inspiring, the people involved to have the richest experience possible, and to share the difference each project has made and why that matters. I'll help to develop ideas and secure funding, I'll create systems and frameworks to support success, I'll generate evidence and evaluate impact. I can provide what's needed, from consultation or a critical friend to managing an entire programme from beginning to end.
When you want solutions rather than just highlighting problems, considered perspectives rather than opinions and laser sharp clarity of thought, Bec is the person to call. We have been delighted with what she brings to the table - her mix of creating, producing and fundraising skills is quite unique and a huge asset to any team

fundraiser
Every project needs funding to make excellent work. Finding income and building financial sustainability is a challenge in every arts organisation, large or small. I work with organisations to identify funding opportunities and work through applications, monitoring during delivery through to stakeholder reporting. I support organisations to interrogate their project plans, raising ambition, getting the best from budgets, identifying great partners and encouraging best practice modelling.
I develop and manage individual giving programmes, including membership schemes, digital and crowdfunding campaigns and bespoke fundraising events.
I incorporate my experience as a producer to help organisations develop cohesive programmes of work, build relationships with partners and stakeholders, and identify new income streams through philanthropy and commerce.
Bec's skills as a creative producer, evaluator, and fundraiser combine to make her an invaluable collaborator when it comes to developing funding bids. She understands how artists, the sector, and funders work, and can combine all this knowledge to co-create the most innovative strategies to help our shows take flight.
