As a Creative Producer, my 20 years of experience have developed skills for every stage of projects, from development of ideas and partnerships, fundraising, project delivery, evaluation and reporting. This experience spans a huge variety of settings including: schools, festivals, exhibitions, sculpture trails, concerts, and more. In the course of these projects, I've been able to understand the needs of practitioners from many art forms, including visual arts, music, dance, photography, digital media to name a few. As a Project Manager I champion collaborative and innovative approaches, open and transparent communication, agile and accurate budget management and shared monitoring and reflection.
